Best Western Plus Regency Park Hotel Walker, Walker

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, which was alarming. The room itself was clean, but there were some issues with amenities and noise that made it uncomfortable. On the bright side, I found the breakfast options to be good, and staff were friendly. However, a dirty diaper found in the fold-out sofa just overshadowed the positives, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend staying here again.

I was really let down by my stay at this hotel. Previously, I've enjoyed staying here, but this time there were some major issues. The staff seemed unprofessional, with one manager causing quite a stir for something as trivial as a missing luggage cart. On the plus side, the room was clean and quiet, but the service needs a lot of improvement to make it worth returning.
